Every girl sitting in that classroom is carrying a story nobody has asked her about yet. We go into the schools not as outsiders but as women who were once her. And we refuse to leave without showing her who she has always had the capacity to become.

They are showing up every day. They are sitting in the seats. They are going through the motions. But underneath the surface a lot of them are wrestling with things that no class period was designed to address. Rejection. Identity confusion. Pressure to fit in. Family instability. A quiet voice inside telling them they are not enough.
Those things do not disappear when the school bell rings. They follow girls into their futures. And without someone intentionally interrupting that narrative, too many of them build their entire adult lives on foundations that were laid in pain.
That is why we show up. Not to add another program. To make contact with the girl underneath the grade point average and tell her the truth about who she is.
Social media, peer comparison, and cultural noise are telling her who to be before she has had a chance to discover who she already is.
Many girls have experienced rejection at home, in relationships, or from institutions they trusted. Without tools to process it, rejection becomes their operating system.
Representation matters. When a girl sees a woman who looks like her, came from where she came from, and made it through, something in her believes she can too.
She has something to say. She has gifts she has not named yet. She has a purpose that the school system was not designed to identify. We are.
The SLT Campus Mentorship Program is not a one-time assembly. It is a sustained, relational, truth-telling experience that meets girls where they are and moves them toward where they were always meant to go.

Interactive workshops where girls learn to find and use their voice. We cover self-expression, boundaries, communicating with confidence, and speaking life over themselves and others.
A deep dive into who she is beneath the labels others have put on her. We work through rejection, word wounds, family narratives, and the stories she has been telling herself since childhood.
We do not just talk about healing. We talk about what comes after. Career exploration, financial literacy basics, goal setting, and how to build a life that actually belongs to you.
Age-appropriate books and guided discussions that challenge girls to think critically about the world they are growing up in and the women they are becoming.
Girls are connected with mentors who have walked similar paths. Relationships that go beyond the classroom and continue into the transition from high school to what comes next.
Every program cycle closes with a celebration. Because every girl who completes this journey deserves to be recognized for the work she did on the inside.
“I walked into schools for over two decades. And I can tell you this: the girl sitting in the back row who has not said a word all semester is not disengaged. She is waiting to be seen. We go in to see her.”
We connect with your counselor, principal, or program coordinator to understand your school's specific needs and student population.
We customize the session structure, topics, and timeline to fit your school calendar and the girls who will be in the room.
In person, in schools, in community centers. Where the girls are. We do not wait for them to come to us.
The program does not end when the session does. We build in follow-up, mentoring connections, and resources that stay with the girls after we leave.
Whether you are a principal, counselor, parent, or community partner, we want to hear from you. Let us talk about what this looks like for your girls.
Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but there is no pitch, no expectation, and no judgment here. Think of this as a quiet cup of tea with someone who genuinely listens and helps you see a gentle way forward.

I was anxious about sharing my story, but within five minutes I felt seen, understood, and grounded in a way I had not felt in years.
